Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assist in the installation of dairy, hog and poultry equipment
  • Service robotic milking and feeding equipment
  • Assist in the design and layout of equipment
  • Take turn on call to provide 24/7 service to customers
  • Resolve customer issues working with all departments and management team
  • Carry yourself and the company name high
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and abilities:

  • Strong organization, written and oral communications skills so the customer can understand technical information easily
  • Demonstrated on the go initiative, autonomy, ethics and the ability to analyze alternatives in an agricultural environment
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience in electrical and mechanical areas an asset
  • Experience with agriculture field service work preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude

Our offices are located in Blumenort Manitoba and Lacombe Alberta. This position is currently a home office based position.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Promote our Grain division equipment throughout Alberta
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers
  • Assist in the design and layout of systems and present quotes to the customer
  • Plan and execute orders against business plans and customer forecast and current needs
  • Follow up on leads and quotes in your territory
  • Resolve customer issues working with all departments and management team
  • Attend various trade shows as required
  • Other duties as assigned
